Our designers will produce a layout incorporating your chosen wording and image(s). We are happy to advise on all aspects of the creation of your engraved product and take a pride in the quality of our designs. If you have specific ideas that you wish to employ then please contact us to discuss your specific project.

When ordering an engraved item it is important to consider factors such as the environment in which it will be located or used and how that affects the design. Will it be viewed close up or from a distance? Will it be inside or outside? Is the lettering or image to be filled with a colour? The colour of the base material and any infilled lettering will have a bearing on how it appears when installed. Do you want it to blend in or stand out from its location? How is it to be fixed? Once you have worked out what you need we can then advise about the best method for realising the design.

Sketches, drawings, digital files or other images can be sent or emailed to us for inclusion into your design. See the image preparation page for further advice.

Below are possibilities for the framing of an image on a typical rectangular plaque. We will apply the style of choice according to your specification.

Plaques may be drilled for fixing if required at a small extra charge. They can also be bonded into place with a glue or cement.
